One of the best Dunkin I've been to. Very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and orders are delivered always on time. Kudos to the management !
Walked in to staff playing behind the counter. More interested in giggling with each other than taking our order which was wrong because like I said they wanted to play more than work. Will not return to this location. Won't last long with the horrid customer service.
There was no line and I still Had to wait there for over 10 minuets before I had to ask someone to come to the front. Once I told him I was there to pick up a online order, I waited another 5 minuets. Neither employee seemed to care that I had been there waiting. I had placed a cake order online and the young kid who finally waited on me said he wouldn’t charge me. I had ALREADY paid online!! Will not be going back. They suck!
The donuts were super fresh and soft. And the employee made an excellent hot coffee that made my day... :)
I love Dunkin' Donuts, but the service is horrible at this location. They have made my orders wrong and been incredibly rude every time I've been here. I will not be coming back.
