This location billed the wrong person. I have been calling their number number for 2 hours straight to get this fixed. Back to back calling. I have the hold message memorized. After 3 or 4 minutes on hold, the phone is picked up and then hung up. I have been hung up on 11 times so far. I have contacted the admin offices. They called the branch and were put on hold. "They must be assisting other customers," is all I get. For TWO STRAIGHT HOURS? Not likely. Whoever was working at about 9:30 am on 8/4/2015 at the Kilgore, Tx location... fire them.

Reserved a rental for this morning. Received an email confirmation for the reservation. Show up this morning & NO car. The agent claims the car showed up, but had a nail in the tire. No other cars & an estimated time to plug a tire of 3 hours. Terrible all the way around!
