Cost an arm and a leg and not including the delivery fee. Then called and asked for directions to the person i was sending them too after i specfically told the lady NOT to do! Told her to call me if she needed further directions and ruined the whole surprise and the point of sending flowers. So i called the store and got a dry "sorry". I will NEVER use this flourist shop ever again super unprofessional on every level. Buyers beware!
