Soon, she had my laundry orders already hanging on the pick up rack, when I walked in the door, having seen me before I walk in, knowing my name and responding immediately. Shockingly good customer service. They even get the cuffs right on my shirts, taking the time to use the shirtsleeve equipment instead of saving time as most do , just flattening the sleeve and cuff ...that kind of short cutting that most dry cleaners do just drives me crazy. These people will do all my laundry and dry cleaning from now on unless they forget how to serve their customers. Not likely, considering the consistent helpful, appreciative attitude I've seen for years now.
We have been a customer for 10 years. They are an excellent cleaning service. They will repair shirts - missing buttons, tears, etc. Very friendly staff. No complaints in 10 years and we use them weekly. They have even stayed late for me when I called and was on the way and needed to pick up my cleaning. Now that's customer service!
Horrible service. My dad has used this cleaners for years they burned and damaged several of his items. Refused to offer any type of resolution. While at facility they employees began to speak to each other in a different language and dismissed him saying they did not clean clothes there. Even though he has receipt and clothes were tagged and in bag from their business. Very dishonest business.
I don't know the owners' names but I know these folks have been in Kilgore since before I moved here 13 years ago. Didn't use them until a few years ago because I had other companies I'd used before. It was surprising when the second or third time I walked in, the lady co-owner filled in my name on the ticket without having to ask my name
