CS Kilgore is a great hotel with an extra friendly staff and clean and comfortable accommodations.
This company has the worst customer service and lack of communication I've ever encountered in hotel service. I was charged for a night that I didn't even stay. Upon booking a reservation, I never received a confirmation email nor courtesy email reminding me of my upcoming stay. If I had, I would have followed through and cancelled. With these extenuating circumstances, you would think a company that is in the customer comfort business, would make an exception to this oversight of theirs but no, they instead had the audacity to send me a survey to rate the stay. Oh , the irony! I'm now moving on to the yelp site since this is the 21st century and communication is literally at my fingertips. Maybe Choice Hotels will upgrade their internet communication after the many reviews they've motivated me to write and then they can begin working on personalizing their customer relations from Southeast Asia to Texas.

Great hotel! No complaints at all. The breakfast is good and they also have happy hours of free alcoholic beverages. The service is pretty good too. Having a great stay here.
We have stayed there many times over the last three years and have never been disappointed. We look forward to seeing the kind and helpful staff. We always sleep great in the comfy beds with nice crisp linens. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very clean, nice hotel. Rooms were clean, checked behind and under things and house keeping does a good job. Breakfast was delicious (except the eggs). Will use this hotel if I am in the area again.
Attended a wedding and stayed here one night with my husband and 2 small kids. Had a very enjoyable stay. Comfy beds, loved the pillows, good shower/tub. Nothing exceptional about breakfast, but it was well stocked. Eggs were rubbery and sad, but the waffles had maple and cinnamon infused into the batter, so that was different and yummy. All the staff was friendly. Overall very pleased with our experience.
