Visited this business on a Thursday evening with the family. They're only open certain days of the week, so the next time we'd be returning the movies would've been Saturday. Not only was the professionalism lacking, apparently they're booking keeping is off as well. After trying numerous times to explain the mistake and being treated in a very rude manner, we decided to terminate our brand new memberships and will NEVER return!!
